DocMantra Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DocMantra, a healthcare software. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of DocMantra, and by using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Use of DocMantra

DocMantra is intended for use by healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations. By using DocMantra, you represent and warrant that you are a healthcare professional, clinic, hospital, or healthcare organization.

  1. User Accounts

To use DocMantra, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, and to update your information as necessary to ensure that it remains accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

  1. Proprietary Rights

All content included on the application, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and data compilations, is the property of [company name] or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or software obtained from DocMantra, except as expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions.

You retain all rights in your User Content, but by uploading or submitting User Content, you grant DocMantra a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit your User Content in any manner and for any purpose.

  1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use DocMantra for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions. Specifically, you agree not to:

Use DocMantra to impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

Upload or transmit any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;

Upload or transmit any User Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any party;

Upload or transmit any User Content that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code;

Use any automated means, including but not limited to robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access or interact with DocMantra;

Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts DocMantra or the servers or networks used to provide DocMantra; or

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of DocMantra or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to DocMantra.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to DocMantra at any time and for any reason.
